This page explains what happens to your details when you use this site. The short version: we only collect what we need to send you a file, and we never sell it.
When you ask for The Real Files, you enter your email address on the page of the platform that delivers our files. It uses your address to send you the PDF, and we may send you an occasional note when a new story or volume is out. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Your address is stored by that platform, and nowhere else.
Payments are handled by an outside payment platform that acts as the seller of record. It collects your name, email and payment details to complete the order and handle tax. We never see your card details. We receive your email address so we can help if a download does not work.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so loading the page does not send your details to other companies.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Unsubscribing removes you from the mailing list straight away.
